Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI engineer to join a strategic initiative focused on the evolution of the platform, a document and process management solution.
The goal is to build a small, highly effective engineering unit where two AI Engineers, supported by AI agents, take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and take ownership of the architecture of the existing system
- Design and establish the Product's Agentic Environment to enable AI-assisted - development workflows
- Complete the development of the current product platform
- Design and implement new features and capabilities
- Ensuring production readiness, including:
- preparation of production environments,
- bug fixing and stabilization,
- support for the first customer migration,
- operational readiness and release activities
- Utilize AI agents throughout the development process to maximize efficiency and delivery capacity
What we are looking for
We are looking for a "one-person army" mindset: someone who, together with one other
senior engineer and a set of AI agents, can independently build, evolve, and operationalize
an entire product ecosystem.
- Strong software architecture capabilities
- Hands-on full-stack engineering experience
- Practical experience working with AI coding agents and agentic development environments
- A product ownership mentality and a bias toward execution
- The ability to operate effectively in a lean, high-autonomy setup

- Existing platform focused on document and process management
