Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• You support the entire software lifecycle – from idea to deployment
• You coordinate requirements directly and proactively with customers
• You prioritize and translate customer requirements for our agile software development
• You proactively gather all necessary information with skill and initiative
• You prepare requirements appropriately for the software developers
• You respond to technical and/or business changes and initiate the necessary
  adjustments and enhancements
• You document all required information thoroughly in the systems
• You are the first to test new features and handle complaints in 2nd level support

Minimum Requirements:

• Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Good SQL knowledge
• Interest in both business and technical topics (e.g., database design and process
  workflows)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently in a methodical and structured manner

Nice to have

• Experience in software testing and error analysis
• Previous experience in the banking sector

Onsite

• 1 day/week on-site work in Budapest’s 5th district.

Contract

• Open-ended subcontractor agreement
