We are looking for a Database Operation Expert to join our expert team for a long-term project in the telco sector.

Administration of SQL and NoSQL database platforms (including MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and REDIS), you ensure high availability and performance, which is essential for reliable business operations.
Working closely with other teams (application and infra), solving ongoing issues
Incident, change and problem management
Transforming team from reactive to proactive behaviour
Supporting DBA service insource transition activity
You will manage backup and recovery processes, and plan for disaster recovery to protect company data.
Planning and executing database migration projects is also part of your responsibilities

Strong expertise in MySQL, MS SQL Server and/or Oracle, including clustering and Always On.
Hands-on experience with database operation, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
Solid understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning strategies.

Familiar with CI/CD practices and integrating database changes into automated pipelines
Knowledge about additional database technologies (such as PostgreSQL, and Redis)
Exposed to cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code
Experienced in using Dynatrace for database monitoring
