Full-stack .NET Developer

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications as a fullstack expert.
Develop and design internal digital solutions that drive automation and directly support our long-term digitalization strategy — including advanced use cases with agentic AI for autonomous and intelligent systems.
Mentor medior and junior developers, provide code reviews, and help define development standards and best practices.
Make architectural decisions across backend (.NET Core / C#) and frontend (Angular, React, or similar), balancing performance, maintainability, scalability, and user experience.
Design and develop robust data solutions using PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and MongoDB, selecting the appropriate database technology based on application requirements.
Ensure seamless deployment and operations in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Take initiative in adopting and integrating AI-enhanced development tools — from code copilots to advanced automation frameworks — to increase productivity, software quality, and innovation.
Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.
Contribute your UX knowledge to help design intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Economical Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in web application development, preferably in fullstack roles.
Strong experience with .NET Core and C#, including the development of scalable backend services and APIs.
Strong knowledge of Angular (TypeScript) and/or React, with a solid understanding of modern frontend development practices.
Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, including SQL, query optimization, database design, and stored procedures.
Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage.
Experience with modern .NET Core data-access technologies, such as Entity Framework Core, is an advantage.
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes; knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, is a strong advantage.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, authentication/authorization, and modern software architecture.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing is an advantage.
English intermediate level
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong logical and systems-thinking skills.
Communicative and comfortable working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
High motivation and flexibility when working on demanding tasks and complex technical challenges.
Initiative, ownership, and a strong can-do attitude.

German language skills
Experience with the productive operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software you have developed.
